CPE135A is an elastomer obtained by chlorination usingspecial HDPE as a raw material. CPE135A has a higher glass transitiontemperature. PVC hard products should meet the requirements of use. Usually, alarge number of parts (8-12 phr) should be added to obtain better toughness.Since CPE135A is an elastomer, the toughness of PVC products is at the expenseof the loss of strength, rigidity, modulus, and Vicat softening point of thematerial.

CMT-600 is a design alternative based on CPE135A performancedefects. It is a high-performance material developed by nano-polymerizationcompound technology. CMT-600 is an interpenetrating network copolymer(IPN) withthe structure of CPE grafted polyacrylate, its main function is to enhance theimpact strength of PVC finished products under low temperature and to promotethe fusion property of PVC blend. It has balance impact strength and toughnesswhich endow it better performance than other general type impact modifiers.

Instructions:

Equal phr quantity replacement on the basis of originalformula.

CMT-600 toughener the best using method is: Firstly put thePVC Resin into the mixer, Second put the CMT-600 into mixer then put the othermaterials into mixer. In this way, CMT-600 can be 100% fully fusion in theparticle gap of PVC resin powder and got the best toughening property.

1. Directly Replace CPE135A + Processing Aid (PA)  100%

2. Improve the PVC conduit pipe hardness under high temperature

3. 100% replace CPE + AIM (Acrylic Impact Modifier)

CMT-600 is non toxic and tasteless white following powder.

CMT-600 package by plastic weaved bag, 25KG/bag.

CMT-600 should stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse.Product is valid for 2 years.
